Event Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
AtaHealth events are organized by AtaHealth AB, represented by Zahra Ataei. Contact: info@atahealth.co.
2. Registration & Payment
Your spot is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment must be completed within 5 days of registration, unless otherwise agreed. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 14 days before the event: full refund. 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the event: no refund. You may transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
4. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the schedule, venue, or program. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
5. Health & Participation
All physical activities are voluntary and performed at your own risk. You are responsible for informing the organizers of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation. Please disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions upon registration so we can accommodate you safely. Our events do not replace medical advice or treatment.
6. Liability
AtaHealth AB is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants are encouraged to have their own personal accident insurance.
7. Photo & Video Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials). By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us otherwise before or during the event. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know and we will respect your preference.
8. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data collected through registration (name, email, phone, dietary info) is processed by AtaHealth AB solely for the purpose of organizing the event. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@atahealth.co.
9. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by a Swedish court of competent jurisdiction.
