Baseline lab panel (40+ biomarkers including estradiol, FSH, thyroid, insulin, lipids, inflammation, and vitamins) · Baseline InBody body composition scan · Detailed intake form · 1:1 sessions with your dietitian and doctor · You leave with a personalized plan tailored to your hormonal stage, supplement protocol, and clear goals.
