Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
By accessing or using the AtaHealth website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the website.
2. Services
AtaHealth provides personalized nutrition coaching led by a registered dietitian (legitimerad dietist). Our core offering is the 16-week Reset Program, available as Online (fully remote) or In Person (at The Health Clinic Stockholm, Kungstensgatan 2, 114 25 Stockholm). We also offer standalone Compass Sessions (60-minute 1:1 consultations). Online services are delivered via video calls, messaging, and the Everfit app. In Person services additionally include lab work, InBody body composition scans, and doctor consultations at the clinic.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Payment is processed securely via Stripe or by e-invoice delivered via Kivra or email. The Compass Session (1,590 SEK) is a one-time payment. The Reset Program (Online: 7,500 SEK, In Person: 13,500 SEK) can be paid in full upfront or split into 4 monthly installments. If you choose installments, your card is charged automatically each month or you receive a monthly invoice. Once all installments are paid, the subscription ends automatically; no action is needed on your part. VAT: All prices for the Reset Program and online services are listed excluding VAT, provided the service is classified as medical nutrition therapy (nutritionsbehandling/sjukvård). When the service is provided for wellness purposes (friskvård), 25% VAT is added to the listed price. Friskvård: Reset Program (Online) may qualify for your employer's friskvårdsbidrag (wellness benefit) when used for preventive health purposes. AtaHealth accepts payment through Epassi, Benify, or direct invoice to your employer's HR department, subject to your employer's policies. For current pricing, see our Pricing page. For invoiced payments: by paying the invoice, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. A reference and link to these terms is included on every invoice issued by AtaHealth. Late payments may incur a reminder fee (påminnelseavgift) and interest (dröjsmålsränta) in accordance with Swedish law (räntelagen).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
(a) Compass Session: if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund is issued. Once the session has taken place, no refund is given. (b) Reset Program (Online and In Person): all installments are committed upon enrollment. Payments already processed are non-refundable. If paying in installments, remaining payments will be charged automatically. The following exceptions apply: Fit guarantee: if you are not satisfied after the first session, you pay nothing and all charges will be fully reversed. Cooling-off period: in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations (distansavtalslagen), you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if services have not yet begun. Once your plan has been delivered, this right no longer applies. (c) Lab Work: the cost of laboratory tests is invoiced separately and is non-refundable once the tests have been ordered through SYNLAB/Labportalen.
6. Nature of Services & Health Disclaimer
AtaHealth is run by a registered dietitian (legitimerad dietist). All nutrition therapy (nutritionsbehandling) provided by AtaHealth is classified as sjukvård (healthcare) and is invoiced VAT-exempt. When services are provided for preventive health purposes (friskvård), such as general wellness coaching or healthy eating habits, they are classified as friskvård and 25% VAT applies. The Reset Program (In Person) includes clinical components such as lab panels, doctor consultations, and medical nutrition therapy, delivered in collaboration with licensed physicians at The Health Clinic Stockholm. Doctors may prescribe medication if clinically indicated based on your lab results. AtaHealth provides nutrition therapy only and does not prescribe medication or provide medical treatment. If you are managing an existing health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, please inform your dietitian so your plan can be adapted accordingly. AtaHealth interprets lab results from a nutritional perspective only. If results show abnormal or clinically significant values, you will be referred to your primary care provider (vårdcentral) or a physician for further evaluation and treatment.
7. In Person Services & Third-Party Providers
The Reset Program (In Person) is delivered in collaboration with The Health Clinic Stockholm. Lab work, InBody scans, and doctor consultations are performed by licensed professionals at the clinic. AtaHealth coordinates these services but is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, or prescriptions made by the clinic's physicians. Any medical treatment or medication prescribed during doctor consultations is subject to the clinic's own terms and professional liability.
8. Lab Work & Health Data Consent
Certain AtaHealth programs and services include laboratory testing (e.g. the Reset Program In Person, or optional add-on lab panels for online clients). By accepting these Terms & Conditions — including by paying an invoice that references these terms — you provide informed consent to the following: Blood samples will be ordered through SYNLAB/Labportalen and analyzed according to the lab panel agreed upon in your program. AtaHealth will receive, review, and store your lab results as part of your nutritional care and clinical record. Results will be interpreted from a nutritional perspective. Abnormal or clinically significant values will be referred to a physician or your primary care provider (vårdcentral). Your health data, including lab results, will be handled in accordance with GDPR and Swedish healthcare data regulations, and stored securely as part of your clinical record for the retention period required by law. You may withdraw your consent to further lab testing at any time by contacting info@atahealth.co. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. No separate signed consent form is required; acceptance of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your informed consent to lab work that is part of your chosen program.
9. Communication & Digital Services
Parts of AtaHealth's programs are delivered digitally via video calls, messaging, and the Everfit app. Messaging support is available on weekdays, with typical response times of 24–48 hours. Messaging support is not intended for urgent or acute medical concerns; in such cases, please contact 1177 Vårdguiden or emergency services (112). AtaHealth is not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party platform outages.

Consent is always voluntary, requested separately in writing, and may be withdrawn at any time. No personal or identifiable information will be shared without your explicit written consent.
12. Force Majeure
AtaHealth is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, pandemics, natural disasters, technical outages, or government actions. In such cases, AtaHealth will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the delivery of services.
